Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental condition characterized by persistent patterns of inattention, hyperactivity, and/or impulsivity that interfere with functioning or development.
It stems from differences in brain development affecting executive function, planning, and focus. While often diagnosed in childhood, it is typically a lifelong condition.
I provide practical, commpassionate support for children, teens, and adults with ADHD and learning differences. This includes strategies for organisation,maintaining focus, emotional regulation, and literacy and is tailored to how your brain (or the person you are supporting) is wired.
